Refund policy
At Di’lamor Pty Ltd, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date and exchange/credit note within 28 days delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

With swing tags still attached

In original packaging (where applicable)
We offer the option of a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at info@dilamor.com.au within 24 hours of noticing the fault. We aim to respond within one business day and will guide you through the next steps. If the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Warranty & Product Care
We stand by the quality of our products. Should a manufacturing fault be identified, we are happy to assist with repair, replacement, or refund.
