Step 2: Drink Plenty Of Water!
Water helps all of the body systems function better. While water doesn't directly hydrate the skin it aids the liver in eliminating toxins from the body.
You can tell if your dehydrated if your pee is a dark shade of amber. That means it's time for you start drinking more water!
Step 3: Changing your pillow!
Think about this for a second.. Your sleeping for a minimum of 8 hours. You are laying your skin on oils, sweat and dirt which causes acne.
It would be ideal to try and change your pillow weekly especially of you already suffer from skin conditions.
Step 4: Exercise!
Ok we know exercising is an effort we really need to push ourselves to do especially if you are not use to it. BUT exercising is actually incredible to keep your skin healthy because when we move our blood circulates which carries oxygen and nutrients to all our cells. This not only leaves your skin GLOWING but it also helps our skin repair itself faster.
